All services are delivered based on project agreements, quotes, or proposals provided to the client.

Avoid submitting offensive, illegal, or harmful content

4. Payment Terms
Project fees and payment schedules are agreed upon before starting work.

Late payments may delay project delivery.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
5. Revisions and Project Scope
Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the project proposal.

6. Intellectual Property
All original design files created by bydecto remain the intellectual property of bydecto until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights for deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, or on our website unless confidentiality is requested.
7. Limitation of Liability
bydecto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our design services.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not made.
Clients may terminate a project by providing written notice; fees for completed work up to the termination date remain due.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where bydecto operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will have a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
